Conditions of purchase

Applicability
These terms of purchase are applicable where Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe terms that are in conflict with these. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act are applicable when entering into an agreement on purchases with vetuscenter.se. When it comes to Companies that agree on purchases on vetuscenter.se, the Purchase Act is applied.

Prices
All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor including applicable value added tax. Prices are subject to change due to VAT, currency adjustments or suppliers' price changes. During different campaigns, prices may change, they apply during the current campaign period.

Cancellation
Of course, you can change your order if you find something you want to change with the order. If you want to do this, you must let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 08.00 the day after your order. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the section on the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal and returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can of course return it. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and exchange on all goods, according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the product or a substantial part of it. When returning the product, the product must not be used and the packaging must not be broken. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product and its original packaging reaches us in undamaged condition. You pay for the shipping yourself.

As a customer, you must also notify us and get approval before sending the package. If you have not notified vetuscenter.se about the return and received a response to your notice of return, the item will be returned to the customer and before this will be charged to the customer. Goods damaged in transit
Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to us. Be sure to check your shipment upon receipt, that you have received the correct number of packages according to the shipping document and that all goods are undamaged.

Missing or misdelivered goods
Missing or misdelivered goods must be reported to us no later than 5 working days after receipt of the goods.

Unredeemed shipment
For shipments that are not redeemed whereby the package is returned to us, a fee of SEK 250 + VAT will be charged to cover our costs for transportation and administration.

Personal data
The personal data that we store is as follows: First and last name, social security number, address information, e-mail address and telephone number. You can contact us at any time to delete this data.

We never share your personal data with third parties, but may use it to contact you regarding questions about your order.

Placing an order
If the customer is under the age of 18, the parent's permission must be obtained before the purchase is made. The sales company is not responsible for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, in our entire range and services. Shipping prices

Ordering and deliveries
The goods can either be picked up at our store or at the nearest postal agent in Sweden. For deliveries outside Sweden, special agreements are made.

Delivery time
Normally the goods are delivered within one week, for items in stock, items not in stock may take longer to deliver. We always try to fulfill the order at one time to keep shipping costs down. Should this not be possible, you will be contacted by us via email. We reserve ourselves for final sales, that goods may have been removed from the range and that product changes occur continuously.

Warranty & complaints
All guarantees on products are provided by our suppliers and manufacturers.

The customer is always entitled to the statutory right of complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. When the customer demonstrates a defect in the product, he must notify vetuscenter.se of the defect in the product within a reasonable time. If the customer complains about the product within 2 months after the defect has been identified, the complaint is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time. However, the complaint must be made within three years after the customer received the product.

In the event of a defect in the product, Vetuscenter has the right to correct the defect or send a new product. If rectification or redelivery is not relevant, the customer has the right to claim a price reduction and has the right to cancel the purchase and claim compensation for financial or other damage caused by the defect of the product such as shipping costs or similar. When canceling the purchase, the customer will thus receive the entire purchase amount and any shipping costs within 14 calendar days from the time Mercurydelar.se received notice of the cancellation.
